  Arguably one of the best campgrounds I have been to. Great jumping off spot for Mt. Barney, great for kids.

  The camping area is good. There were plenty of space and the facilities were good.
  
  But the lady that runs it or at least works the reception is a grumpy and less than friendly person.
  
  When ariving later than my fellow campers, accompanied by a friend of mine. We were unsure if the fee for staying there had been payed by our early ariving friends and asked if this was the case (there is no phone reception so i could not ask them my self). She said that only the ariving guests had paid and that we had to pay to enter (with a most accusing tone) as if she expected me to not pay. I replied that that was my intention. And I informed here that we were two people ariving and I were to pay for both. She then proceeded to interrogate me on how manny people that actualy were in my company (because every one had to pay for staying there). I said that I could not answer for the others but in my car there were only two. She then went out of here way to check if I was indeed telling the truth by going down to the car looking into it and teling my friend that she also had to come up to register. We registerd and paied, but left with a distaste of the place even before we had entered.
  
  I know that by reading this it might seem that its not as big of a deal, it might even be procedure to physically check and confirm how many people actually are checking in to their camp, but one can do all of this with out being rude and condescending. There were two camper vans before us and neither were serched for stow aways.
